HIT OUT (IT)
HIT OUT is a choreographic and musical performance about the magical rhythms of skipping and the joy of moving with equipment and in community.
After a year of preparation with the Italian skipping club Make your cardio an art, the group focuses on the sound produced by the rhythmic rope. The dancers on stage perform a rhythmic and choreographic piece, where tricks such as single-under, side-swing, and double-under are elements that, together with voices and a soundscape, create a hit.
