Connect

Connect is an invitation for curious and playful children and adults.

Put on an elastic “suit for two” so you can investigate and experience what happens when two people are physically connected. You can pull in different directions, wrap around trees or lampposts, jump, roll or other funny moves. The suits can hold up to it all.

Connect is an experience of the presence and influence of another human beings – of how your movements affect my movements and how we should navigate in the urban landscape together.

It is possible to come and go as you please in the period 11.00-14.00 both days. Each participant can use the suits for as long as they want, max 1 hour per person. Participation requires no prerequisites other than being able to move. The suits are worn on top of one’s clothes.

Charlotte Østergaard’s (designer, researcher and teacher) artistic work is the space between textile and performing arts, and between fashion and costume.
