Workshop: Learn the SWOP Dance

Learn this year’s SWOP Dance created by 4 youth centres in Roskilde Municipality.

This year there are a lot of people involved in the creation of the SWOP dance. Young people from the youth centres Poplen, Engbækgård and Nymarksgård each created a sequence of dance moves to music by Halfdan Olsen Pilskog from Gadegården. Each group of young people have shared their dance moves with the other groups and learnt each other’s moves. The combination of all the sequences makes up the SWOP dance which will be performed on 3 May at 15:00 at Stændertorvet in Roskilde. At the workshop you will get the opportunity to learn and be part of the SWOP dance.
